So, I fell off the wagon there for a little, but now back with a vengeance. Still doing my runs - but not much else for now. I did week 5 day 2 of the C2-10K and looking at my first 20 minute run tomorrow. Feeling pretty good for it. And looking forward to staying on that wagon.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 43.1 lb.    Still to go: 49.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
