it appears I have lost all motivation for getting healthy and loosing weight. This has got to change. I feel like I have been trying to gain some serious motivation for a long time. I could blame the arctic temps, but that isn't putting all these calories into my mouth. Time to do some serious praying for guidance and will power. Need to give it up to the Lord because I am not doing a very good job of it.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
