I have given up McDonald's breakfast for a 10 days. I've heard that once you stop doing something for 2 weeks, it will stick. Hope so!

I just wish I were progressing faster...
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
