Really have to modify my workouts to my left knee pain. Still doing my workouts, but trying to put as little strain as I can on it. Taking some ibuprofen as necessary after to help reduce any inflammation and doing leg stretches throughout the day per Bob & Brad on YouTube. Hopefully in a few weeks it starts to subside.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop, sorry to hear of the inflammation, I've heard tumeric (tumeric tea) can assist with inflammation. Wishing you well 🙏🏽💗.
