I accomplished my goal of tracking my food intake the past week, and even though the weekend brings wine and margaritas, I'm down almost 5 lbs!! If I stayed focused and continue eating better, I may just be down 10 lbs just in time for Florida in March!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
