Yesterday was my first Down Day. Felt really good not to eat much food. Today is an Up Day, but I don't know what I will eat. Still don't want to eat lots.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
