Why the drop? It could have been the scale, but also could have been I'm making improvement. I was using a free glass scale my wife got instead of my Taylor one I have been using for years, and my wife put away as it wasn't as elegant as the glass one. I didn't like that the glass scale returned the weight result very quickly instead of the methodical Taylor, but I was very suspect of it when the other morning I weighed myself and it said 208.7, which I know should have gone down, so I weighed myself immediately again and it said 213! I waited a few seconds, weighed again, and 213.7! Nope, no way I gained 5 pounds in 3 seconds. I don't trust it. So I dusted off my Taylor scale today and 206, and even measured multiple times and it stayed consistent. The glass one still said 208.7 today, so I'll have to put some of my dumbells on them and see how they measure up. I think I'll stick with the Taylor.
