Plyometrics this morning, I can tell I'm already doing much better. I think I pushed myself a little too hard at one point... my left ear started ringing... lol

Down to 181.2, that makes me feel good. Probably mostly water weight, but oh well.

Sticking with it and keeping going.

EDIT: I'm in the Yellow!!!!! Gotta keep pushing forward, w00t!!!!
181.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
