Starting over after a long break. Going back to IF and keto. Should be able to shed 10 pounds in 4-6 weeks. First few days of hunger are always the hardest. Today was fucking brutal. I thought about food literally every two minutes.
Started taking Krav Maga and I love it. My Whoop gives me 200-350 calories per hour for it It will take 4-6 weeks also to build up the aerobic level of fitness I need to be able to do an entire class without feeling like I am going to faint or puke.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 121.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
