Ugh. The struggle is real. Lost my Mom early April and suppose used food as comfort. How we fool ourselves. The LAST thing on the planet that’s comforting is knowing you’re on that slippery slope again, feeling miserable both physically and emotionally, and looking horrid, too. Climbing back on the wagon and trying again. As if I needed reminding, this episode of going off the rails once again proves that Carbs are the devil in disguise, and Bob’s peppermint candies are sugar crack!!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
