I did Take off for two days and that really helped me out this time.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.6 lb a week

When I do Take-Off it helps put me back in the mind set of losing weight and making better food choices.
