doing good only haveing truble with my diabiates going to low now but working on that did not like the dole asion salid but i ster fryed it in a pan with cooking spray and added sesame seeds and i liked it that way and added egg whites and it was so good
299.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
