Not too bad this week. If I can lose 2lb every week then I'll crack it. Been prescribed council 10 week fitness scheme beginning of March. Personal trainer aqua aerobics the lot! Must be some moneys worth.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
