Went to the mountains over the weekend, but still got my Friday workout in before going up, Saturday hiked 2.6 miles with a kid on my back for 1.3 of it, and Sunday did 25 minutes of stretching. Indulged a little for some meals, but nothing crazy. Drank tons of water so I'm sure my gain was water weight and should go lower in a few days. I tried easing my left knee into some exercises but it started to have more pain so it's telling me to go easy. Was able to modify to finish the workouts this morning. Walking into work this morning and my body feels better, my limbs just seem to move easier and I stand taller.
