Fasted and OMAD.
Had half wrap, sem curry, salad for supper.
And caring candie chocolate. Keeping protein and carbs below 20grams
132.7 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
