Finally some progress after 2 weeks. Been working out nearly daily and eating as well as I can. Normal and expected not to see any weight change in the beginning. I look the same, but I feel better, though my knees, mostly left knee is starting to ache so need to modify workouts a bit to put less pressure on it for a while.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
