Switching from modified Atkins diet to phase 2 or 3 of Evolution Diet by Dr. Gundry as I now need to rev down my metabolism. Reducing meat, nuts, beans, grains to more fresh & raw veggies and limited fruit.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
