I went to the farmer's market yesterday and got a bunch of fruits and veggies I easily carry to work and eat on my breaks. I also went to Whole Foods Market and bought psyllium husk powder to start taking in the mornings.

This morning, I sqeezed 1 lemon into a cup (as much juice as I could get from one small lemon), added 1 tbsp of psyllium husk, filled the rest with water.

I drank about half of it, then filled it back up with water. Then I drank most of the rest. I'm not used to drinking that much all at once, so I felt really full.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
