Oy, what a horrible week. I know what I gained was water weight from that time of the month and the bloating but I'm still so disappointed with myself. I definitely had some things I shouldn't have but I was just so burnt out this week I didn't care, lol. I'll get back on track, I promise myself.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
