Monday. Gained 0.4 kg after yesterday Father's Day Dinner. Started today 12 days Detox/Cleanse. Today - 600 cal, 31 g Fat, 33.5 g Net Carbs, and 42.3 Protein. FitBit: 7126 steps and 1997 cal burned. Tomorrow will be another challenging day - BBQ dinner.
