I am eating the recommended calories for the weight I need to be for my height. I am 5'4" so I should be in the 120s. -I'd be happy with 130s- recommended daily calories to maintain this weight would be in the 1600s. So far so good. I only weigh in 1x a wk. and will check it on Tuesday. I'm most excited that I can see the difference. I'm happy that I don't feel like I am starving. This is the most realistic weight loss/health gain I've done.
