My carbs are twice what they should be, but the girls are taking me out for my birthday this morning after work. My Pilates session with Theresa went well, even if I was tight. It felt good to stretch and open up. I am going to the restroom more often-trying to increase my water consumption to 64oz/day. I am going to to do the 90day challenge at LTF again but this time I am going to focus on the Pilates cleanse and see where that will get me. It will be a stretch financially but hopefully worth it.
