Back on track. Exercising, meditating, rethinking my priorities. I want to be able to get off my cholesterol medicine. I can do it if I lose the weight. How simple! Live clean, your body rewards you.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
