Countdown is really on...yikes! Less than a month to the wedding, and the parties have started. Have to stay away from the wine and also the rum and cokes lol! Had my fling at the buffet, back to serious FF plan. Feeling great, despite the treats... portion sizes are considerably smaller, and no cravings. And, still pitching the fat clothes, possibly even that little mauve silk dress that's now too loose. Imagine that, after 7 years of dieting!
