Maybe I'm not eating enough food? I know "they" always say that weight loss will stall if one isn't eating enough, but I guess I just don't believe that deep down. I need to know the science behind why that is. I feel panicky if I eat even the minimum cals I'm supposed to eat... like it is WAY too many and I'm going to gain weight. And I DO gain weight! but is it possible that it is because I eat so few calories on a regular basis that I gain as soon as I eat a little more?
