I went ahead and used yesterday as my refeed day, but I dont htink I did too bad. I need to go back and log it all but I had an amazing taco salad in a crispy shell and some deep dish pizza and didnt worry about it.

The humidity was just about too much yesterday and I havent even been outside today to see if its any better. I think Ill just putter around the house and do some inside cleaning, and try to stay mindful of my goals.
259.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
