On last weeks weigh in I weighed 76.2kg, got really scared for some reason and decided not to log it. So I am happy with today’s weigh in as this week I got my eating back under control and kept working hard. Lost 3cm in total this week.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
