Yay! I've had such a great couple of days. Focusing on my exercise, and improving my 5K time has really made the diet thing come easily! I love it.
I always gain a lot of motivation when spring comes because I love walking outside. Plus I think the sunshine reminds me that swimsuit season is coming! This year is no different.
