Well, finished with the steroid medicine and getting glucose back to a decent amount. weight still goes up 2 - down 2, up three - down 3.

But 'The Goal' is always getting closer in the big picture.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
