Do you ever step on the scale multiple times because you don't like the first reading and hope that the scale is somehow wrong? Today I did it three times hoping it would be just a pound or two lower.
302.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
