I'm actually surprised at this number since I've been about 100 calories daily above my calorie goal. Must do better though. I'm six pounds away from my goal weight of 145.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
