Ok so I knew I didn’t gain 5 pounds from Saturday to Monday, just like I didn’t lose 5 pounds in one day…but thank goodness.
261.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
