Good morning everyone!😊 I am still recovering from gallbladder removal surgery from last Tuesday. Still bloated. Drinking lots of water and eating low sodium Campbells chunky soup and some unsalted crackers. Keeping an eye on my calorie food intake. Walking around more. Sleeping better than a few days ago. Gained 6 lbs from the 24/7 saline intake at the hospital and still passing gas and burping.🙄 But other gallbladder gallstones symptoms have diminished. Thank goodness!😌 My joints don’t hurt, no gallbladder attack pain…etc.😌. My metallic and extreme foul taste in my mouth has also diminished but I still have a bit of sour taste, extreme smell sensory, and some constipation. I am eating 3 sunsweet prunes daily.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
