Eh I guess not a lot but I know what mistakes I made so will get better soon 😊
238.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's not bad! Losing 0.5-1kg per week is supposed to be the best pace to lose weight!
