Wow I cannot believe that I am down a little over 5 pounds in one week but I am also sick and not eating as much as I should but am eating clementines to get some fruit in I am proud of myself and it goes to show eating more (healthy foods) can help get rid of the weight that your body does not need to function. This week was not hard for me to maintain eating and food wise I think that this can be a change I can stick with, I am so excited and more determined to reach my goal with this added knowledge I know I will! Have a blessed day.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
