Seems like the water weight has gone down. Honestly I gave into cravings and was upset at myself. Yesterday I had to buy a cake and a bunch of huge cookies for my 2 girls snack night at church. I wanted a cookie so bad, it was 9pm then I was going to eat one, I looked at the calories and said NO. 330 calories for one cookie, lol, no thanks. Thats all it took to get my mind back in the game.

But on another note..I am very proud of myself. Last night while the older 2 girls were at church I went to a park with my younger 2 and my husband. While we were there, there was a huge hill like the kind you can ski on. I have always wanted to be at the top of one of those, so yesterday I decided it was my day. lol. I ran almost the whole way up. Then walked fast the rest of the way, looked around at my achievement. I did it! I climbed that hill! I looked down at my husband and kids at the bottom and raised my hands saying I did it!!! Then I ran down! I even convinced my husband to take a run up and down. He did it in 2 mins up and I did it in 3 mins up, but next time I will knock some of that time off. Oh yes there most definitely will be a next time. I will take a picture next time I am up there. We tried to do the math and think it was 526 ft straight up.

You know what else I realized? My second daughter will be 5 in a few days. In her lifetime she has never had a mom that has been under 220lbs let alone in the 100's. Actually my oldest has not even seen me this size. Wow! Anyways, hoping the bloat goes away soon and will continue to exercise through it.

Yipee!!! I'm so glad that you are starting to feel better!!! Great awareness of your accomplishments and catching yourself a midst your cravings. How wonderful it must of felt to be able to move your body up and down that hill. You have reminded me to pay attention to how it feels to move my body today. Perhaps that will help me through this rough spot. I do love being able to move comfortably. I'm sure your bloat will dissipate soon!! Have a good one slim mama!!!!!

I can't imagine running up a hill! That's AWESOME!!! I'm also glad you still have cravings... I know that sounds weird, but just knowing that there's someone out there that knows what it's like to want a cookie sooooo bad makes me feel better. :) Last night my mom cooked popcorn at like 9:30pm and I was DIEING to have some.. I didn't though!
