No idea how Im down a little today, I had a huge meal last night and a couple of drinks. I did pre-log my dinner, but Im sure I went over a bit. Today Im trying to keep it simple food/macro wise and Ill hit the gym tonight.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
