You know the drill. Life gets in the way, you get busy and you eat worse & exercise less if at all. I see my parents health declining in life drastically, so if I want to be an active senior, I need to be an active 44 year old. Set the clock back 30 minutes to start Tony Horton's 22 minute Hard Corps. First day and did well, and anytime I was doing the exercise, I though I will do this because my parents can't.
