Weight: 163.0 lbs = 73.9 kg. Lost 0.6 lbs/0.3 kg. 😊 It's Wednesday, ate 954 cal, burned 3139 cal. FitBit Steps: > 8826, burned 1832 cal. It was a good day. Dance/Zumba exercise, 3000 steps in 30 min! plus Nordic walk for more than 1 hr (4467 steps). Net carbs >30g, fat 46.6 g. No food after 8 pm. Slept very well last night.
