It's been a difficult week. This morning at my work breakfast, I brought turkey sausages, and was just planning on eating that. But someone brought a parfait with fresh berries, greek yogurt and granola. I thought I would just have a taste... but one bite lead to two, then a plate. Sigh. Not the worst thing to break my diet for, but still. It is only 4:30, and I am way over in carbs and calories already. Have to try to get through all of Friday night without consuming anything but water. :(
