I'm sick. Yippee.... Anyway, I managed to exercise for 26 minutes today - half strength training, half exercise bike. Gave me a headache because my cold is all in my sinuses! Also, weight has remained the same. Better than gaining.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good job, I probably wouldnt have done anything if I were sick. Do what you can right now and get plenty of fluids. feel better soon

Thanks. =) I am thinking I will be forgoing the exercise today - this cold his me so exhausted. =(
