Great week with nutrition and meals and I was super relieved to see a little success show on the scale this morning. Super Bowl Sunday is in a few days and I already decided I will be having buffalo wings and pizza BUT I am going to try to avoid sweets, they are truly my downfall. Exercise- I am still no where near where I would like to be, my upper neck and back/shoulder area started acting up last week from doing a little shoveling in my driveway, so I took it easy to make sure I am fully recovered. I really can't afford to be laid up on the couch for a week in pain. So next week is a new week and I will plan to pick it up, we shall see if it actually happens! The 150's are looming and I can't wait to leave the 160's behind!!
