Kicking my own butt into gear! I don't have any restriction yet with my band and have to wait another month until I get my next fill, so it is really tough right now. I put myself back on liquids yesterday and dusted off the exercise machine - even broke a nice sweat! It paid off on the scale today, but I need to just bite this bullet and be disciplined or I literally can just gain 1 lose 1 for the next 4 weeks until my fill. Looking at my history, I feel like I have wasted the last 12 weeks since surgery by not sticking to my calorie counting or tracking. Every day is a new day to start over, and I made it through yesterday - so I'm thinking positive and facing today!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
