Horrible week for as far as eating goes. Hopefully only a pound is real weight and the other is water. Getting back at it tomorrow. hope you all had a great weekend!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
