159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1931 kcal Fat: 64.84g | Prot: 51.63g | Carb: 275.05g.   Breakfast: Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Grapes, Toasted White Bread, Flora Light, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk). Lunch: Go Ahead! Yoghurt Breaks - Forest Fruit, Merchant Gourmet Giant Couscous, Sainsbury's Beetroot Salad, Sainsbury's Mixed Bean Salad in Vinaigrette, Aldi Frikadellen, Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: Clementines, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Dry Mix). Snacks/Other: Marshmallows, Cupcake Cake without Icing, Thorntons Classic Collection Chocolate, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Milk Chocolate. more...
