I was down to 400 but jumped back up to 402. The days at the gym are getting easier. But finding the time to go is getting harder. Matter of fact, I should go now before class tonight! I'M OFF!!!
402.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 202.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's good to see you keeping up with the plan! Don't give up. This is a difficult and long journey for some but very rewarding. Keep on going to the gym because it speeds up the weight loss. You will definitely get there!

Good attitude. In the past year and a half I've used the logic. If I have the time and I don't feel like working out. That's when I have to go! Afterwards I feel much better about it and there never was an issue.
