Was up 3lbs this morning. I am mid cycle right now, and feeling bloated and puffy. I'm really hoping that is all it is. Time will tell...
225.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm right with you, keep wanting to set and fighting the thoughts. Drinking a lot of water will probably help us both I bet. I'm not getting near the scale until Friday. How often do you weigh LJo?
