Well, yesterday, my friend and I got into a huge fight and I screwed up with my eating. I was doing so well all day, and then I ate 2 raspberry shortbread squares. I wanted to eat more, but I knew it was just emotional eating so I tried my best not to. And I'm glad I didn't. I lost 1.2lbs!!! I'm so happy today!!
255.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
