Completely let myself goooo this last month!! Went on vacation and never bounced back into my routine. Back on track and reducing my intake for the next 30 days 🙌🏾 let’s get to it!!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
