Yesturday I wen to visit another church and they hd some food for us there and of course there wasn't anything that I could eat there so I had to pick the healthiest choice available. They had meatball sandwiches drenched in sauce on a big roll, cheesecake, fried chicken, juice etc... so I picked a half a hoagie and drank water. I was proud of myself because I could have pigged out but I did good!! My will power is getting better. My husband ordered pizza for the kids and I didn't even look twice. I ate my chicken ceasar salad and went on with my night. I am very proud of myself and I have been really sticking to my workout regimen. I am on my way!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, I know how it is when it come church fellowship & food. Rarely a good atmosphere to eat healthy. That's awesome that you put forth the effort to eat healthy when you could have said "Aw, forget it! So a big kudos to you buddy:) "Makes me wonder sometimes when the bible says "...present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy & acceptable to God..." (Rom. 12:1), we instead fill our bodies with so much bad foods that causes sicknesses, diseases, cancers, & chronic illness. Then we turn around and ask for healing. Strange. Keep up the great work buddy!
